ABOUT WAVEMAKERS AUSTRALIA
For several years, Gen Bryant and her team have walked alongside young people through music, story, reflection and authentic conversation, helping them discover who they are, what they stand for, and how they can make a difference. Now established in Catholic schools and communities across Australia, Wavemakers Australia is a proven leadership and faith formation experience designed to engage today’s generation. Students of all ages are encouraged to explore their identity and faith, build confidence, and lead with purpose, integrity and compassion.
Wavemakers creates a space for students to connect with themselves, with each other, with their faith and with the wider community. Across Australia, students are being inspired to recognise the impact they can have and to become positive leaders within their schools, communities and beyond. The program also strengthens connections between Catholic schools, creating opportunities for students to share experiences, celebrate their stories and be part of something bigger than their own school community. In 2027, Wavemakers Australia continues to build on the momentum of its growing national community, equipping young people to find their voice, live their faith and create ripples of positive change wherever they are.
